Most probably the server is offline for maintanance. Please check the status of the server you are trying to connect over servers page and if it's online with low load, wait an hour. If your issue persists please send us a support ticket with relevant information and we will gladly assist you.

We are accepting Paypal and Bitcoin payments at this point. Both payments are processed over Coinpayments.net gateway.

Your payments are processed automatically. It may take around 15 minutes for Paypal payments to be processed. Bitcoin payments will be processed after 2 confirmation which might take up to 2 hours.

If you have paid with bitcoin and your account is not activated after 2 hours of payment, it may be an issue with bitcoin network. Contact us through any support channel and we will gladly assist you with more information about your order.

Yes, we will be adding more payment gateways soon. Until then, we can only accept Paypal and Bitcoin payments.

We don't provide refunds unless you have reported that you can't use our service because an issue in our end and we couldn't fix it. This must reported within 7 day(s) of your payment date.
